As an IT Account & Partner Manager in the EMEA region. I started my IT & Business career as Business Consultant and became Project & Solution Development Manager. I have successfully managed multidisciplinary international projects for multinationals e.q. Shell, BP, Caterpillar & ING Bank. In parallel, I was responsible for management of the software development team. This was in collaboration with SAP AG Solution Management, with joint consultancy teams that were internal and external. I have hired external consultants for my own projects but also supported my clients by their need for consultants for their other projects.
